We did 2 booms, the first one didn't work, so we made another one.
I believe the first one didn't work because we keep trying to improve it, and you can't really add duct tape to plastic that has oil on it.
The oil started out as 1/16th of an inch on top of the water. After we pulled our boom across the water, there was 1/4th inch of oil on top of the water inside the boom.
